Colorado’s Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR) has long served as an important safeguard for taxpayers by limiting government spending and ensuring taxpayers have a voice in decisions about excess revenue. This fall, Colorado voters will decide on a ballot initiative that would make significant changes to TABOR.
